Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Sale items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns
• Accessories (jewellery, scarves, bags) are eligible for exchange only

How to Return

1. Navigate to your order in “My Orders”
2. Contact our support team with your order number
3. We'll arrange a pickup from your address
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, we'll process a full refund instead.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account.
